ToonMagic is an AI-powered photo transformation service that converts your photos into 3D cartoon style animated portraits. The Service uses artificial intelligence technology to process and transform images. This is an artistic tool designed for entertainment and creative expression - NOT a deepfake or realistic face-swapping service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Each image transformation requires 1 credit
  • Guest users receive 3 free credits to try the service
  • Credits can be purchased through Paddle, our secure payment processor
  • All payments are processed securely through Paddle
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits do not expire

5. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

ToonMagic is designed for creating artistic cartoon-style portraits for entertainment and personal use. You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or create:

  • Deepfakes or deceptive content: Images intended to deceive others about a person's identity or actions
  • Celebrity or public figure content: Images of celebrities, politicians, or public figures without authorization
  • Impersonation: Content intended to impersonate real individuals
  • NSFW or adult content: Nudity, sexually explicit, or suggestive material
  • Content depicting minors: Any images of individuals under 18 years of age
  • Violent or harmful content: Gore, violence, self-harm, or content promoting harm
  • Harassment or defamation: Content intended to harass, bully, or defame others
  • Hate speech: Content promoting discrimination or hatred
  • Illegal content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws
  • Intellectual property violations: Copyrighted or trademarked content without permission

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Service to create content for fraud, scams, or deception
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
  • Using automated systems or bots without permission
  • Reselling or redistributing generated images commercially without proper rights
  • Circumventing any content moderation or safety measures

Enforcement

We reserve the right to review content and take action against violations, including:

  • Removing violating content without notice
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Reporting illegal content to appropriate authorities
  • Forfeiting unused credits without refund

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a license to process and transform them to provide the Service.

Generated Images: You own the generated images created from your photos. However, you acknowledge that similar images may be generated for other users using the same AI models.

Our Service: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated images will meet your expectations
  • All images will be successfully processed
  • The Service will be available at all times

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • If a technical error prevents image processing, the credit will be refunded to your account

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law
