What ToonMagic Is

ToonMagic transforms photos into stylized 3D cartoon portraits. Our service is designed for:

• Creating fun, artistic cartoon avatars for social media
• Personal entertainment and creative expression
• Generating unique profile pictures
• Gift creation for friends and family

What ToonMagic Is NOT

ToonMagic is NOT a deepfake or face-swapping service. Our AI creates clearly stylized cartoon artwork that cannot be mistaken for real photographs.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Deepfakes: Content intended to deceive about identity
• Celebrity images: Photos of celebrities or public figures
• Impersonation: Content to impersonate real individuals
• NSFW content: Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Minors: Images of anyone under 18 years old
• Violence: Gore, violence, or harmful content
• Harassment: Content to harass or defame others
• Hate speech: Discriminatory or hateful content
• Illegal content: Any content violating laws

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use ToonMagic. Users between 13-17 may use the service only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Content Review

We employ both automated and manual review processes to detect and prevent prohibited content. Uploaded images may be reviewed for compliance with this policy.

Reporting Violations

Enforcement
